No files/folder(s) are being being displayed
The following procedure will more than likely resolve this problem.
1. Navigate to Tools > Settings > Transfer.
2. Under the "Directory Listing Options" section, uncheck all boxes.
3. Click the "OK" button to save the changes.
Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem, any other suggestions?
