I have tried everything and i still cant login successfully..i keep getting this message..

All the info is correct and i have disabled my Zonealarm firewall..

I am using the windows ME operating system...

Still, either your username or password has to be wrong. "eddybiel.astralgenesis.com" as a username is rather unusual, have you tried using just "eddybiel"? If you still cannot login, contact the FTP administrator for the proper login settings, this is no SmartFTP-related issue.
