how do i fix this. I think this is how it happend.
I used ftp allot, i was using ftp, and i was transefering a big file to a server.i accidently restarted my computer when the file was almost loaded up. When my computer starts back up, i run this speed optimizer programs to optimize my speed becuase the upload rate of ftp was 40kb/s. So then i try ftp. And the next thing i get is this messege.

Connecting to (ftp.250free.com) -> IP: 64.202.96.169 PORT: 21
Connected to (ftp.250free.com) -> Time = 0ms
Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
Connection timeout. No response from server.

Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
and it retries and retries. Now i cheacked if i can connect to some other ftp servers. Still no dice. I get this each time connect to any server. I uninstalled the speed optimizers and set my connection back to the way it was and still i get this.

I went to the site it recommended but it was no help. Now how can i fix this, and whats wrong, and how can i incresase my uload speed. I ran some speed tests and my speed is 1.23mb/s.
I also tried the servers using ws_ftp thing and it still wouldent work. i know its not the server side thats messing up becuase i have access to 6 servers and i cant connect to any of them.
