anonymous login?

I am trying to log into an ftp site using a granted login and password, however SmartFTP keeps indicating an 'anonymous' login and refusing access (the anonymous button is not checked). Anyone know what's going on here? Many thanks.

Hi, check that you don't have that site added to favorites, also you can try deleting the history.
