Upload problem(I can't upload)

Having read posts and replies on here FEAT500 error which I was getting and now resolved I still can't 'upload' a webpage to my ISP, although I recieve no error message anymore. Could you please take a second and read the listing below and tell me where I'm going wrong (if it is me - probably is I'm afraid). One other question is this, when I actually 'upload' my webpage, do I just click the update button / symbol or is there more to it than that? Could my ISP be misconfigured as I emailed a guy there yesterday and he said my website space wasn't allocated that's been corrected today.

Many thanks for anyone who takes the time to reply.
