queue dissapears after program restart

I never had problems with my session queue, but since few month (maybe its because the newest version) my selected stuff dissappears after i shut down the program. I never used global queue, im too familiar to session queue. using global queue would be a solution, but I want to know why smartFTP forgets my selected queue! is it that im using an unlicensed (demo or what) version? (i dont think so..)
does anyone have an idea how to solve this bug?

Hi, unlicensed builds don't have working limits. Try downloading 1.2.987.14 from my signature.

I've got another problem with the session queue! after selecting the files to session queue and hitting "transfer" it refuses to start the download. I've realized this since I installed v1.2.987.
Aokromes do you have any idea?
