I am new. I have tried the Upload Select Files numerous times, but do not get the new screen to select files from. This has happened all but once. I was able to select and upload that one time, but never again.
I am connected when I try, but that is all that happens. I am trying to publish a web page, a simple one, on my INS account, and am really lost as to what all I must do for this. I know I need to upload files, but know little else.
Any and all help will by appreciated.
