I just loaded the Backup Tool so that I could transfer my settings to my laptop. When I ran it, I got up to the last screen and I get that Microsoft screen that says that "SmartFTP Backup Tool needs to close...We are sorry etc, etc," You can then either close or send an error report to Microsoft and then close. Net result is "no backup". Am I doing something wrong? I have no problems with SmartFTP itself.
