pages cannt be disbplayed

hi...
im using smart ftp 2 upload my sites...

when im upload site with asp code and access database...

and try 2 execute it....i got page cannot be displayed..

it it permissions problem...and should contact my hosting place...

or what???

also its work correct on my pc
