Disk full?

I am getting an error message in the midst of loading photos to my site. My hosting service provides 100 MB of free space yet I am getting this error message:

"Maximum disk quota limited to 100000 Kbytes
Used disk quota 32732 Kbytes, available 67267 Kbytes
Data connection closed, cannot write file x_1.jpg - disk full?

I am not sure how to assess the size of my total uploaded files but the file size on my hard drive, which should be about the same, is 70 MB. Can someone help me figure out this problem?

I've erased the log, all else that was on it was pics which were in queue to be loaded. The full text relating to the error is copied above in my original post. Thanks very mnuch for any help you can give me.
