Issue

When I try logging in, I get a message that says "Connection closed. Server timeout."

What does it mean, and how do I fix it? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

You receive this message when the server take more time than allowed to aswer. You seem to use a slow server. See into your connection settings (menu "Tools", "Settings", section "Connection") the "Server Timeout" value. This value is the number of seconds SmartFTP wait before declaring the server out. Increase this value and try again. I recommend you a value ou 90 or 120 seconds.

If the problem isn't fixed, I think you cannot resolve it without changing FTP server...

Just use the global queue for all your transfers. This usually works around such problems.
