After downloading a .ISO file for 60+ hours (with only 2-3 hours remaining), a relative of mine turned off the PC. When i tried to resume the file, I ended up with the following error message:
501 Bad or Missing Parameters
Is there any way to resume this file?
If ANYONE could help me out, I'd be most appreciated, thank you :S

It is almost a month since my previous post and I was wondering whether anyone INCLUDING the smartftp staff would have any clue as to the reasons why this error occurs please. This is the fourth time that this has happened while I attempt to resume a file download. The first time was due to a relative of mine turning off the PC, and the second, third and fourth time is because I aborted the download so I could resume the download at a later point in time.
Here is a sample of a log of events (note certain details have been omitted):
