How do I uninstell SmartFTP? I want it gone because i acciddently downloaded it

you uninstall smartftp just like any other software: either search for the smartftp folder within the start menu and choose "Uninstall SmartFTP", or go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs.
