moving subfolders (and contents) up one level

I've got OSCommerce on my site set up in a /catalog/ folder.
Now I want to move it in the root folder in /public_html/.
I tried drag&drop but it won't let me....

How do I do this?

Hello ...

Drag&drop from the listview (right) to the treeview (left). Drag&Drop from the listview to the listview doesnt work - yet.
