Output truncated to 2000 matches

I build large sites.
All of my files will not show up in the registry. They stop showing up at 2000.
Can I change the truncate default to 10,000 pages so I can always see where my files are?

Server "issue" it's configurated how is to avoid Deny Of Services. The only way of workarround is make subdirectories.
