Cant upload

I can connect to my server fine. The tutorial shows when uploading (Direct) a window should open allowing you to select the file to upload. No such window opens and I cannot select the file I want upload. Whats going on?

Are you sure you are selecting to Upload, and not Download. Right-click in the file explorer window of your site, then select Upload --> Direct --> Select Files --> New window pops up to select the files.

Hi,
The tutorial suggests that you can use commands-> upload. This is not true. Right clicking and choosing upload works.
