Can't Connect

i can't connect, i put in all the right information because i used that same info on a diffrent ftp server and i could connect.But i can't connect with the SmartFTP one.Why?

How can we help you if you don't provide any extra information that could help us reproduce the problem ?

Saying just "I can't connect, why?" says absolutely NOTHING because we all use SmartFTP and it works flawlessly.

Post either screenshots or better yet, the FTP log that shows the error that SmartFTP encounters.
