Where is the last version /Stable/???

How many times I have to ask?!?!
Is there someone who can tell me!?
There is no such software!
I am asking so many times!
I downloaded SFTPMSI.exe
And in "Help" => "About" it says:

1.1.984!!!
I want the stable version!
On the web site is written that the stable is 1.0.983
So I am downloading it again and again...
It is NOT 1.0.983
I hate beta software, so I want to download the stable one!
How and where?
Give me a link, please
