MS AntiSpyWare causing problems

I recently installed the Beta version of MS AntiSpyware. It won't allow me to connect to my websites - actually, the initial connection is fine, but connecting to subfolders is not.

Any suggestions? Right now I'm just turning it off during FTP sessions, but my computer has been under attack lately, and it's making me nervous.

Also - I'm quite the novice...

Hi, i have tryed SmartFTP with Microsoft Antispyware and it worked fine for me. Can you post a log of your connection try?
