How do I display folders on the mainframe

When I connect to my mainframe , I cannot display my folders / files that I want to download. for example

12.34.56.1/c10b/tugdsn should display all files on the mainframe starting with C10b.tugdsn

It keeps reverting back to the ip address route only !

i'm not completely sure what you're trying to do, but in an address like "12.34.56.1/c10b/tugdsn" smartftp expects "c10b" and "tugdsn" to be folders on the ftp server with the ip "12.34.56.1". if these folders do not exist, smartftp changes folders up one level until an existing folder is found, which is probably why it "keeps reverting back to the ip address" as you say.

Thanks for this however this problem has only just started since I downloaded the latest upgrade.

The files definately exist on the ftp site
