when I drag and drop a folder with files in it for download, SmartFTP doesn't download all the files within the folder only about the first 38files+folder. If I drag and drop more than one folder simultaneously the same occurs, but not all the folders make it across.

use the global queue for downloads. that way, downloads are resumed if you have an unreliable connection.

I'm also having this issue, and it has nothing to do with an unreliable connection.
If I select for instance my "www" directory that has many files and folders under it, only the first folder in each subfolder will be downloaded (including the files in it), and the remaining folders will simply be ignored.
