Multiple Threads , How to ?

hi

i looked in the forums / KB , but could not find an answer .

I have a site thats configured to use 10 threads , when i take files from the Local browser and Drop them in the remote window, the upload does not take more then the 1 main thread, am i doing something wrong !!

the only time i seem to be able to use multiple threads is when i put the files in the global queue.

that's right, thread settings only affect uploads / downloads with the queue. you're highly encouraged to use the global queue all the time anyways.

Can several threads be used on a single very large file..?
That would be really useful in some cases.

I don't know i only have seen download managers doing that.
