When I try to connect, it just keeps saying "Connection Timeout, No response from server..." how do i fix this?

It can be a server issue or a firewall issue, if all ftp servers gives you that error is firewall issue, if only 1 server issue. To fix it, if firewall issue add SmartFTP to exceptions list, if server issue contact to the server owner.

On my ZoneAlarm, it's allowed....this is what is says...
