Just wondering because all the posts I've read so far have no replies. 
This forum is far away from being dead. But keep in mind that public support is run by user for users. So it might take a few days before you get an answer. Moreover, due to a lack of time, questions that already have been answered (use the forum search, for God's sake, or browse the Knowledge Base) or obviously dumb questions (yes, there *are* dumb questions) will not be answered at all. At least not by me
