Command Aborted. Server timeout. When uploading a .wma file

When I try to upload a .wma file that is over 10mb it starts to load than it stops and I get the following message: Command aborted. Server timeout.

Can you please help me!

Try using the global queue for uploads instead of the direct upload method. See the knowledge base for a tutorial how the global queue works.

Thanks for your help. I watched the tutorial for how to do global queue and when I try and drag and drop the files into the global queue it doesn't do anything.

Do you know why it is doing this?

Most people miss the concept how the global queue works: It's basically a two-step process. Drag & drop the file to upload from the local directory to the "Queue Source". Now drag & drop it from the "Queue Source" to the remote server window. Transfer should start (if the "Play" button on the "Global Queue" tab is pressed). If the file doesn't show up immediately, press F5 to refresh the remote view. Think of the global queue as a basket where to collect files to upload / download, which is processed later in a single blow.
