Pls help with uploads

Ok..I'm new to this ftp program. Yesterday, I updated the pages and then put the updated pages back into the ftp. For some reason, I cant see the updated pages on the website. Please help. Thx.

CORRECTION - When i go to my website www.devil-within.com , it isnt the updated page

But when I click on another page on the site (top links), and then click the Home link from that page, it is the updated page.

Ex. www.devil-within.com
Click roster
Click Home
updated page

Please help me figure this out.
