Cannot set timer in Global Queue

I am having a problem setting the timer in the global que. I drag and drop the files I want to DL from the server, but the Start and TImed icons remain greyed out.

and try again. If you still experience problems please send the system information from: Menu: Help->About

Did you stop the queue before you tried to set the timer?
