Can't delete SmartHook.dll

Hello!

I tried to uninstall SmartFTP (NSI Setup) but Windows Uninstaller said that some elements could not be removed. In SmartFTP instalation folder remained SmartHook.dll. I could not delete that dll even after two restarts. What should I do to remove it? Boot in Safe Mode and try to delete it? Or something else?

Open a command prompt at the directory where SmartHook.dll is located and enter "regsvr32 /u SmartHook.dll". Now you should be able to delete the file (after a restart).
