Auto Resume of Broken Files?

I want to be able to auto resume files that I am downloading. I keep reading that smartftp can do that, but only in specifications and vague FAQs. I can't find anything that tells me how to go about setting that up. Any answers would be great.

Use global queue, it has autoresume without asking nothing.
