220 ftp1 FTP server (AWS 1.034/s1.52/d1.16-f1.15) ready.

This is not a SmartFTP error. The FTP server you're trying to connect to simply requires you to have a valid username and password to login with. Get them from the server admin.

8O How are we supposed to know? The main purpose of passwords is to be kept secret, every user of iwarp.com has a different password ... look at the "welcome mail" (or something like that) from your provider. Your password should be mentioned there. If not, a least some contact information should be provided there, ask these people ...
