I'm trying to upload the files for phpBB2. All the files and folders uploaded, minus one file. The file ".htaccess" won't upload for some reason. All it says is "Waiting to retry" but every 20 seconds or so is says it's connecting but immediatley goes back to saying "Waiting for retry." I let it sit for 45 minutes, but nothing. I even tried closing and reopening SmartFTP, but it still doesn't upload. What do I need to do? It's just that one file.
