Cannot see files on OS/2 Server

Hi everyone,
I'm using SmartFTP to try to connect to an OS/2 server. The connection is fine, but it won't show the directories and files. I know they are public and viewable b/c I can see them in other FTP clients and via command line FTP. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Please post the full log, the system information and raw directory listings of the directories. Thank you.
