What server is G|FTPd ?

Hey there all, I'm sorry for posting such a short question but my searches have turned up nothing.

Upon examining the Custom Commands SmartFTP supports I noticed a server call G|FTPd with very impressive options. I've been searching google and the main download sites without any luck.

What server is G|FTPd ?
