How do I set up a daily schedule for SmartFTP to upload?

I know I can set up a schedule for a one time run. Is it possible to schedule automatic uploads of a que on a daily basis?

I'd like to use my web server as an off-site backup. I want to set a schedule, and Monday through Friday have it automatically upload with no user intervention. Is this possible?
