I use smartFTP to upload files for my website on my friends server. I was able to log-on succesfully twice, but when i logged off for my friend to post the website, he uses Abyss web server, i could not log back on. Here's what i get:

I've checked the username and password over and over again, and the server name, as has my friend. My friend wants to reboot the server but has not had time. If anyone could help us, we would be greatly appreciative. Thanx.
