whats wrong with "global queue"

it dont save list of files which in queue after shuting down and starting smartftp again

Check that you have the correct permisions to the target folder where you try to store the queue.

Right click over the folder, sharing and security, and go to security and check the permisions for your user.

When I right click over the folder in windows explorer, I can't see any sharing and security options (I'm using windows 2000 professional) but I guess I can access them from the -properties- option.

You mean the folder must be shared or something? thanks in advance.

No, it needs to have writing permisions on that folder.

I checked and the folder does have writing permision, in fact, smartftp was working just fine until a couple of weeks ago, when my global queue suddenly disappeared (I think that was after my pc froze and I had to reboot it)

I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem remains, any other sugestions?
