Uploading pdf files to internet

I am a new user and am having difficulty with my pdf files. They seem to upload but when I go to my website and try to open them I get a message that requested URL cannot be found. I have no idea what I have done wrong. Please Help! Thanks

Maybe if the filename has a space character the webserver don't likes it, try to change the spaces for - or _

I have gotten rid of spaces _ and - all I have in the file names now are numbers and letters and still I can't get them to open on the web site. Any more ideas? I am frantic!

The webserver may be case sensitive.

Make sure that you type the exact filename into the browser.

For example, if the filename is "xBzZ95t.pdf", you may need to enter that into your web browser instead of "xbzz95t.pdf".

The server was case sensitive. When I was uploading, the file suffex was changed from pdf to PDF and that was causing the problem. Someone finally figured it out for me about the same time that you responded. Thanks.
