Upon transferring files through SmartFTP, it appears that the time stamp on the destination file is always incorrect. There is no consistency in the time stamp discrepancy for all transferred files except that all of them seem to have a time stamp that is several hours ahead of the server's time (the day is always correct). We have checked the following:
1. Time and Date on the destination server is correct
2. Time and Date on the source (client) machine is correct
3. Other FTP clients such as CuteFTP and WS_FTP show the correct time stamp on all transferred files on the server.
4. SmartFTP version is 1.0.981
