I removed it completly and reinstalled (with Full Setup; the online-setup-link moves me to an older 969 version?) ...
and MS has no new relevant updates, but if I can install lot of languages... does the chinese language help?

Hmmm... warum gab die Version 970 denn keine Probleme? Die unicows.dll war schon introduziert mit Version 970. Also, danke Mat
