Can't connect to my FTP Server

Whenever I try to connect to my ftp server I keep getting an error saying "Error 0x8007274d
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

I am really getting really frustrated, all my details are correct. I've tried y which did not work and I am left to a dead end where FTP is just being a pain.

The issue is that I am using a trial version of SmartFTP to see if it works any better to sort the issues I am facing opposing , The Customer Area appears to be for people with proper licenses of SmartFTP.
