When a user opens SmartFTP, the program creates some blank folders in Windows Explorer. She doesn't have to do anything, they just show up. If you delete them they show right back up after about 5 seconds. There is no interaction with SmartFTP, these folders just show up. What could possibly be causing SmartFTP to create these folders?
