OneDrive – Upload Limit

When uploading to OneDrive, the throttle limit is not enforce. Is that a bug?

The speed limits for OneDrive have not been implemented. You can use a 3rd party tool if you want to limit the bandwidth.

bandwidth limit with OneDrive is a key feature for me, and that alone will make me buy a premium license.
