I cannot confirm that. SmartFTP is working fine on Windows 8.1 with IE 11.

Have you checked that every file transferred is complete and working?
The problems I get are that the files transfer but are smaller with parts (sometimes everything) missing but the title appears all OK - it's the size that is reduced.
Sometimes they transfer properly - it is very intermittent.
