Scheduled FTP transfer of files

Can someone explain how to setup a scheduled SmartFTP file transfer using Ultimate? I have made many attempts with unsuccessful attempts.I can connect and perform manual transfers, but not scheduled.

Been there, done that...probably a dozen times. RESULT: Server execution failed 0x80080005

Anybody else?
