Can't reinstall SmartFTP after error.

I got the "Installed product does not match" error as described on ... f2593.html.
I uninstalled SmartFTP and downloaded the latest version via .
Although I've got Windows 7 64-bit operating system I keep on getting this message:
And I'm redirected to download a different version.
Why is that happening?
How can I solve that?

The setup is run under app compat (application compatibility) mode.
Try to run the SFTPMSI.exe as Administrator: Right-click the SFTPMSI.exe, then select Run As Administrator
