Upgrade and previous version interface settings

Each time I upgrade to a new version my user interface, favorites, etc. revert to the default. It is a hassle to reconfigure everything. What is the secret to upgrading and keeping the same look and feel as your previously installed version? Mike

The favorites are never reset or deleted. You can find them in the Favorites - Quick Connect folder. Or directly in the file system folder: %appdata%\SmartFTP\Client 2.0\Favorites
The UI settings are only reset under some circumstances, but this is more the exception than the rule.
