have a problem, I have a file that smart ftp didnt resume the transfer. this is a large file (16gb) last night it was transferring and said it had transferred 10 gb but this morning it was showing 384 mb transferred. it looks like i had some errors but shouldnt it resumed and not start over overwriting? i wil show the log file below.
I tried to ask this before but i was told to sent to tech support. but i have the trial version. is there a way of contacting them with the trial version. and if not if i do buy the software and i cant get an answer will i be able to get a refund?
