Transfer Queue frozen

Hi There,
The transfer queue has frozen I am unable to remove or start it is justing hanging there.
I have upgraded sftp and restarted my computer but the queue is stil there.
 
How can I delete them all to get on with the process I have been at this for two hours.
 
Can you please help.

Select All (Ctrl+A), right click on the selection, and select Remove from the context menu. Or manually delete the %appdata%\SmartFTP\Client 2.0\Transfer Queue.xml file when SmartFTP is closed.
