Hi,
I'm having an issue on Windows XP SP3 and Windows Server 2003 where the unistall of SmartFTP 4.1.1289 leaves a file on the desktop. This "phantom" file has no name or properties and when you right-click on it, the only options you get are cut, create shortcut, and delete, ofcourse none of those options work or I wouldn't need help with this issue. I need to remove that "phantom" file or find out why it is being created. I have tried unistalling with add remove programs and command line (msiexec), but have the same issue. Any help resolving this would be great! Thanks!
