I have 64 bit SmartFTP v4.1.1286.0 and when trying to install the latest version (1293) it says 64 bit installer will not run in my computer and sends me to download 32 bit installer... so I am unable to upgrade and support request only works for the latest version which means I cannot do a support request either... lol
I think someone forgot to think about .. what if the problem is in upgrading to the latest version? Then the client won't be able to ask for support... hello... :D
